National Youth Career Carnival -2023

We often hear one thing called the education system caught in a trap; I also heard that the transitional period of education is going on like this. What is not heard at all is the process of pouring water at the root of the problem!

Like China, they closed their formal education for a long time, only to improve on the technical side. China is enjoying its results now. In this era of sustainable development, the biggest part is education and policymaking. Therefore, education comes first in any development agenda. Investment in education is the best investment, thinking about education is the best idea.

How far our education system has actually progressed with the changing world of tomorrow. We are sitting as the 1st in the digital economy, but after the digital economy, there will be more stages, how prepared is the education system for that!

It is said that positive change in the education system is enough to accept any challenge with a smile.

Now the question is what is the challenge? Has our education system ensured enough skills to adapt to this digital world? Only government initiatives will come to success? What the participants have to do! There are many things to be done. Youth Career Institute is going to take a small effort. We do not intend to change everything overnight for this small reason. However, there is no problem sitting with people who dream of changing the day.

In this event, we will talk about contemporary e-learning and soft skills education and how ready we are for it in the changing world. Every now and then academicians will come to talk about the gaps in the education system and what can be done about it. The faster one moves in the changing world, the earlier the share of profit falls in his hands. And the education system is something that affects the entire nation. And that effect will come only when we raise our voices about it, enter into dialogue, and break the separation of want and power.

The corporate sector is said to be the biggest driving force in this ever-changing world. From the invention of the wheel to today's Tesla or iPhone; No matter what you say, the corporate wins everywhere. But we have not yet been able to bring this corporate education to our education system.

A passer-by, therefore, has to concentrate on improving his soft skills instead of getting a job; Unemployment is prolonged. But the huge opportunity to master corporate skills in education is missed only because of the gap between corporate and our education system. Corporate recruiters always say, we are sitting with jobs, but where are the people. It is understandable - this gap is actually created by our education system. It is true that education itself has become a corporate product, corporate learning in the education system is at zero. Hope it doesn't hurt too much to look up a bit if it's something positive.

Take a breath, now let me say that just as the change in the education system is necessary to face positive challenges, corporate culture should also be integrated into our education system. And keeping these two things as the motto, this event of our youth career.

As e-learning and digital education pioneers will be in the first part, corporate pundits will also be in the next part. Our corporate runs up to a maximum of three months or a six-month internship. Then we do the job, not being led! But the future world leaders. How much progress has our education system made in the process of making that corporate leader? Let there be light - the time has not come to say this.

Whether it's changing education or expanding corporate culture, our youth are at the forefront. And the mother institute of youth, Youth Career Institute is the organizer of this event.
